Xiaomi has announced the launch of a new smartphone in China. It will unveil the Mi 10S on March 10. The smartphone is one of the multiple variants of the Mi 10 series that has been unveiled globally. The teaser poster confirms the colour options and key specifications of the Xiaomi Mi 10S. It will have a quad-camera setup on the back. The text on the camera module confirms that the Mi 10S will have a 108MP primary camera sensor. The smartphone will come in three colour options – Black, Blue, and White. It will also feature the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. The Xiaomi Mi 10S was spotted on TENAA and Geekbench recently. The latter suggested it will arrive with Android 11 OS out of the box and 6GB RAM. However, there could be other options at launch. It has managed to score 1021 in the single-core and 3443 in the multi-core tests, respectively. The teaser images don’t show a fingerprint sensor, meaning it could be placed under the screen. That means the Xiaomi Mi 10S could have an AMOLED display on the front, probably with a high screen refresh rate. Xiaomi hasn’t said anything about the phone’s global launch just yet but our educated guess is it may launch under a different marketing name down the year.
